The goal of this privacy statement is to disclose Hometown’s data protection practices in relation to personal information collected at Hometown’s Internet web sites. Please note that this in some cases Hometown’s websites may contain links to other sites and Hometown is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites. In the context of this privacy statement, “personal information” includes name, title, business address, telephone number, and e-mail of an employee of an organization.  Hometown can also hold customer information pertaining to “mortgage holders,” “prospects,” and “partners.”  This information can contain the following information – borrower name, co-borrower name, date of birth for borrower and co-borrower, home mailing address, work mailing address, property address, home phone number, e-mail address, company name, company address, company URL, lender license number, and credit card information at the time of an order.

The type of information we ask you to provide will vary according to the product or service that you request.
